Due to the Holidays, orders placed after 12:00 Noon EST on Thursday, 12/19/2019 will not be processed until Monday, 12/30/2019.

Wald products purchased through this website (waldsports.com) may be returned for a period of 30 days following order placement. Returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee based on the product’s original price at the time of sale.

Original and return shipping fees are not refundable.

If a shipping error is made by Wald, or, the returned product is deemed to be defective, shipping fees will be reimbursed and the restocking fee will not be applied.

Wald is not responsible for damage to products experienced during shipping. Consumers should either refuse delivery of damaged packages or contact the shipping provider to report damage prior to opening the package.

Refunds will not be issued for damaged products that are the result of wear and tear through normal use, or, collisions and/or accidents that damage the product or mounting hardware.

When packing your return, please include: all parts, a copy of the completed “Exchange & Return” form included with your shipment, and a copy of your original invoice. Wrap the package securely. For your protection, we recommend that you use a traceable and insurable form of shipment. Wald is not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit.

Returns shipped to Wald after the 30 day timeframe will not be refunded or returned.
